From the Kallstadter Saumagen we have three Rieslings from Koehler-Ruprecht harvested from 2013 to 2015 on the table. Two Kabinett and one Spätlese.

From the Kallstadter Saumagen we have three Rieslings from Koehler-Ruprecht harvested from 2013 to 2015 on the table. Two Kabinett and one Spätlese.

We enter the current vintage with a 2018 Ritzling Gutswein from the Karl Haidle winery. Accompanied by a 2015 Stettener Pulvermächer providing some contrast.

We are having two bottles of Riesling from the Königsbacher Idig vineyard made by winery Christmann and Johann F. Ohler from years 2013 and 2016.

Pinot from the opposite side of the world

We are having Moselriesling. Made by Heymann-Löwenstein we drink "von blauem Schiefer" harvested in 2016

After the champagne we drink a vintner Sekt: From Sekthaus Griesel & Compagnie we are having a Pinot Zero

Today the entry into the assortment of André Clouet. A Grande Réserve from Bouzy.

We are having three wines made by Christopher Full in the Zellertal: The Cuvee Joy, Mölsheimer Riesling and a single-vineyard Riesling Am Schwarzen Herrgott.
