Accompanying the beef burger we have a 2015 Grande Cuvée Freundeskreis by Sekthaus Krack from Deidesheim.
We are drinking two wines out of the Deidesheim Kalkofen vineyard: One from the von Winning Winery and one from the Mehling Winery, both harvested in 2016.
We drink Gutedel from 2018 from the Wasenhaus winery. Partly macerated on the skins, with a lot of tension and little alcohol an interesting summer wine.
From the Ruwer we drink an off-dry Abtsberg Superior from the winery Maximim Grünhaus harvested in 2016.
